Nicole Chastain is Canada Larga's Manager and is an accomplished rider and trainer. She is a USDF "L" graduate and has her Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals from the United States Dressage Federation riding horses from Training Level to Grand Prix.

After competing heavily for a number of years she is currently focusing on bringing along a select few Sport horses for sale and working with a really fun group of amateur riders who are pursuing Dressage and Eventing as sport, but more importantly, enjoyment. Nicole always has several lovely young and seasoned Sporthorses for sale with ability for both Dressage and Jumping. She is very excited with her recent partnership in the Friesian Stallion “Janus” (barn name “Kodiak”) and looks forward to showing and standing this amazing young horse in 2010. She is also enjoying trail riding, packing and working cattle with her mule and paint horse and always learning more about other disciplines.

Dan Lopez is an Hall of Fame horse trainer with years of experience training Reining Horses, Reined Cow Horses, All-Around Show horses, Ranch and Rope horses. He has multiple National Championships and has trained horses and riders to local, national and world titles. He is currently available for lessons, training, showing and stud prep as well as standing Badger Lee, Aphc reining cow horse stud with many wins in the Reining and Cow Horse Pens. We are proud to have Dr. Gail Hoff and Los Alamos Dressage Center Cañada Larga Stables. Gail recently relocated her New Jersey business to beautiful Ventura County and is making Canada Larga her training base. Gail is a USEF "S" Dressage Judge, "r" Dressage Sport Horse Breeding Judge and has her Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals from the United States Dressage Federation, earned solely on self trained horses. She is a long time FEI rider and trainer having produced numerous Grand Prix and FEI horses and riders achieving success locally, nationally and ranking in year end awards.
